Guidance for WICA Nominations
Take a look at our guidance checklist and videos from some of the WICA panel judges. Their advice could be the difference between being shortlisted for an award and becoming a winner!
Don't shy away, this is your moment to shine!
Ensure your points are relevant and interesting
Document your journey - who you are and why what you do is important.
Compliment yourself and be open about your past and present
Highlight your future goals and objectives
Adding a video is a great idea!
Detail your achievements
Write as much as you can
Nominate others as well as yourself!
Surprises happen when we least expect them; and if you don’t believe us, just ask last year’s winners! Remember, they were only given the chance to win by applying and trying. If you’re a part of this progressive industry, then you have every reason to believe that you can achieve any of the awards relevant to you at Women in Construction Awards 2023.
